Introspective storytelling from 8udDha bl0od with new song: ‘’xXx!i + XxX!i!: M.:.Y lUck 8R!ng U5 .:. MiR.:.cl3’’

I think I’ll go sober..today. .no smoke or drink, I have a vape. ‘8udDha bl0od’ is in a different zone with this single. Once again, it’s completely different to any other release- which carries on their proud variety tradition.

This is a thoughtful single, a song about reflection, over-thinking and sadness. They switch things up halfway again and add more of a Californian-type melody, country and western almost. This effort questions faith and being a bit lost sometimes in this confusing world.

‘8udDha bl0od’ are in imperious form once again and continue to deliver music of an unimaginable standard. The lyrics are dark and moody, just like a winter day in Brighton I’d imagine. This is best listened to when you are in a bit of a mood and need to play loud music for a while to find yourself again.

8udDha bl0od is in a dark mood with ‘’Loving You !n Vain Demo 2 1’’

Loving someone in vain is a tough experience, you feel frustrated and think that perhaps it was a waste of time. ‘8udDha bl0od’ pierce through the speakers on their latest release and you can feel the emotion on this one.

The Brighton band have created quite a cult following since forming at a New Years party a few years back. They are quite clearly a tight group and have spent lots of time together, working on the band’s sound. Sometimes that can be too much for creatives and the time together actually harms the group. With ‘8udDha bl0od’-I feel like the opposite is true.

‘’Loving You !n Vain Demo 2 1’’ is a deeply personal song and you can hear it all with the tone of the vocals and lyrical content, this is a sad song and you can tell that it means a lot. I doubt that they will ever sing this live at a show but it is a needed output, a way to get over the hurt and move on.

8udDha bl0od return with mellow single ‘’C0m3 UP n0w: 81773R L3m0n5 l3M0n.:..:3’’

I need some space in time. A lot of bands try and change just to change. They feel like they must always be reinventing themselves. With ‘8udDha bl0od’, this comes naturally to them and it’s a treat for our ears.

’C0m3 UP n0w: 81773R L3m0n5 l3M0n.:..:3’’ is the latest track from a band that seems to have a whole collection of music that has been hidden away for years and is now just unleashing itself all over the world right now. This is a very chilled acoustic track, a bit trippy and with real soul. The band takes us to a different dimension, the bridge is soothing and I feel independent while listening to it.

The hard working ‘8udDha bl0od’ are in fine form for this one and it’s one of my favorite songs of theirs. The track lasts just over 2 minutes and would be a perfect intro to a series on Netflix I feel.

You never know what to expect from this terrifically talented Brighton based band from England and once again they deliver a home run with this dark and hauntingly real single. It’s all about finding the way while dealing with rejection all the time. A topic that most of us battle with.

The guitar riffs on this song are very groovy and I feel like the start of the song would fit a movie scene. A very intense part at that. The way they draw you in is truly remarkable.

A song over 7 minutes is usually way too long in this day and age but not for this band. The whole song changes after halfway, yet again, and they add a whole different sound to the rest of the track. It adds a whole new element and is so great to see. It’s like they really enjoy messing with us and then decide to change into what the song really was supposed to be.

Don’t stop making this type of music boys, this what sets you apart. Bring on the next one but first, let’s appreciate this genius before it’s all gone.

The ever-creative ‘8udDha bl0od’ from England are on a collective mission to push all possible boundaries. Or they are jamming out as mates, one of the two anyway. Whatever their mission is, it’s an absolute whirlwind of emotions when their music is in my ears. From that, I am truly fascinated and love the journey.

8udDha bl0od – Song 1: Feverishly Sweet Alt Indie Folk

https://soundcloud.com/william-orpen/song-1/s-hOI5QGIWIyI

If it’s been a while since an Alt Indie track turned your soul to mush, delve into the jangly feverishly sweet melodies contained in Brighton-based artist 8udDha bl0od’s recently released single Song 1.

Any fans of Noah & the Whale will be equally as enamoured by the Song 1 as we were. It may be a little more frenzied and intricately turbulent than archetypal offerings of Indie, but that simply amplifies the charm which spills from the candidly humble lyrics which relay all too resonant romantic insecurity.

With each new release from 8udDha bl0od, their potential becomes increasingly more tangible. It’s safe to say that they’re the most creatively versatile artist we’ve ever had on our radar.

The busy Brighton boys are back again with another track and this time, it’s an acoustic winner called ‘’ Un:.3R H3R 573R30 5Ph3l cH3qU3R U’ll f!n:. 7h3 k3Y’’. This is deciphered to- Under her stereo, spell checker you’ll find. No one is like ‘8udDha bl0od’.

With a chilled vibe, this is once again a new sound for the band as they continue to push experimental Psych Pop to a new dimension. It’s a short song consisting of just over 2 minutes but not a filler at all. It’s all about being under a spell mentally, which can be a very traumatic and long-lasting experience.

I prefer other songs from the band but this is still a top track that deserves lots of love due to it’s catchy vibe and good message.

Engaging in a more symmetric song structure, 8udDha bl0od release Recognition

https://soundcloud.com/william-orpen/recognition/s-6jyMFqYAvMT

This time, it looks like we have a proper title for this 8udDha bl0od’s release, that goes under the name of Recognition.

Embarking on a new songwriting style and exploring different shores, Recognition still reflects the band’s experimental flair and psychedelic attitude but presents a more symmetric structure where their multi-faceted instrumental research finally embraces singing parts.

Incredibly Pink Floyd-influenced, as already grasped in previous pieces, Recognition is a magnificent example of an innovative alternative rock effort that confirms the band’s musical prowess and open-mindedness.

8udDha bl0od have been able to show, song after song, a unique proficiency and variety in their music, and even if you may not be addicted to every single one of them, they’ve surely created a tune for each taste.

Attempts of interpretation: 8udDha bl0od’s new mind-bending song 1122;fU7UR33ck035 22.33:

8udDha bl0od have released a new mind-bending piece, an alternative and instrumental rock ballad titled something like 1122;fU7UR33ck035 22.33:. If you read through the title, you’ll be able to extract the words “future rock” – and I wonder if it is an omen about what their music will become?

There’s never an explicit answer with 8udDha bl0od but only attempts of interpretation that their style aims to trigger. Set around a dualism of acoustic guitar chords creating a memorable dissonance and middle-frequencied electric guitar melodies following through, you get dragged into another confusing mental journey, giving into a flow of consciousness where your reflections slip away too easily to be grasped.

This is how 8udDha bl0od does things, and if you go back and listen to more of their material, that sensation of travelling, and somehow exploring the undefined, will probably always be present.

It’s time you thoroughly check out 8udDha bl0od, starting with this one on Soundcloud.

Covering a masterpiece, 8udDha bl0od release H3Y U;PinkFl0YD:17AgA

Among the many songs we’ve had the pleasure to discover from 8udDha bl0od, with different styles and genres employed even within the same track, I never would’ve guessed they’d revisit a masterpiece for their latest release H3Y U;PinkFl0YD:17AgA.

Resurfacing Hey You by Pink Floyd, 8udDha bl0od stun once again with a thoroughly composed cover of the song, and while they boldly (and successfully) stick to the original arrangement, the vocals and the guitar solo are reproduced by a keyboard sound that relies on a pitch bend to mimic the guitar.

Although 8udDha bl0od have already proven to be Pink Floyd-prone in some of their previous releases with their constant experimentation and psychedelic vibe, Hey You is way past the psych era. Thus, it’s a surprising choice to cover, but even if you are a Pink Floyd fanatic, you won’t be let down.
