The two Urban artists put their prodigal minds together and created one of the most emotive R&B Hip Hop beats I’ve heard this year. The gentle tempo of Proof of Life allows the poignantly penned lyricism to resonate and the weight behind the vocals to truly hit in the passion-driven ballad which comes alive through the intricacy of the multi-layered beat.
Any fans of Alicia Keys, Jay Z, Kanye West, and Jennifer Hudson will want to add the soulful contemporary offering to their playlists. It’s not all too often you’ll come across a single which will hit you with such palpable emotion, yet Proof of Life is sure to leave you with a few aural bruises.
