Vanja & Rui’s Chemistry-Driven Latest Pop Single “Always”

The warm tonality of the first few notes to the latest track from Vanja & Rui is enough to leave you instantaneously enamoured at the Pop duo’s arrestive aural chemistry in their latest single “Always”.

Any fans of bands such as the National and Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds are sure to appreciate the male and female vocals seamlessly resonating with one another over the acoustic instrumental arrangements. The light notes of the piano blend with the flawless timing of the concordant drum rhythms, and if that wasn’t enough the subtle pulls of the piano strings which become more prominent through the mix gives the track an extra cinematic edge. While there are Folk elements to Always, the flawless production of the well-rounded track brings the hypnotically emotive single right back into the Pop arena.
