“The Beginning” was the aptly named first single dropped by the up and coming Hip Hop Rap artist SHOWW. With his debut he didn’t fail to stamp down his signature authoritative style of Hip Hop and prove that it isn’t beyond breaking artists to really draw emotion from the listener. As you listen to the relentless rhythm in the bars paired with the heavy sentiment in the lyrics, it isn’t hard to feel a connection and resonance to what SHOWW has created.
The ingeniously penned lyrics to the Beginning may be the focus to the single, yet every now and again you are able to tear yourself away from the perfection in the meter and rhyme of the verses to appreciate the slick production of the beat which runs through in a melodic tempo taking none of the focus way from SHOWW’s exceptional ability to wax lyrical.
