While the prelude got off to a shaky instrumental start, once the band version of Sabrina Soares latest single “Plan A” kicked into full momentum it was hard not to fall into appreciation for her unique acoustic style. Whilst there are no shortages of up and coming Pop acts, the Toronto-based singer songwriter possesses a raw, quintessential, honest sound which incorporates elements of Pop and Brazilian rhythm. Whilst there was a quite strong reminiscence to Ed Sheeran’s Folk-tinged Pop style, her fast paced vocal deliveries in the verse proved that she has approached her sound with the desire to create something prodigal and fresh. And that’s exactly what you’re treated to with Plan A
