Most of the time, the Hip Hop Rap genre seems fairly inaccessible, yet every now and again artists like Nune aka Mr. Propane props up with a sound that’s not just for Hip Hop fans.
In the same way Childish Gambino won the hearts of the globe with this single ‘This is America’ Nune has used that same enigmatic vibe to bring his album Intervention to life. The conceptual essence contained within his lyricism is almost unrivalled, yet still bears reminiscence to acts such as Jay Z and Kendrick Lamar. Nune’s Rap verses and beats allow fans of old school Hip Hop and contemporary Trap fans alike to come together in the appreciation of the solid hyped beats. After getting a small taste of the full package I’m stoked to hear what Nune cooks up in his full-length album.
