Cera Gibson – Broken Mind: Sonorously Poignant EDM Pop

Any fans of London Grammar, Warpaint, Miley Cyrus, Florence and the Machine, and Lorde are sure to find plenty of appeal in up and coming artist Cera Gibson’s single “Broken Mind” from their debut album “Crushed Velvet”.

With powerfully poetic lyricism which comes with lashings of resonance when versed by Cera Gibson’s flawlessly dynamic vocals, Broken Mind was never going to fall flat. But regardless of how awe-inspiring Cera Gibson’s vocals are, the true focus on Broken Mind is kept on the captivating emotions which spilt from her truly poignant performance. It makes a lot of sense that Cera Gibson takes inspiration from the likes of Leonard Cohen and Stevie Nicks with her inclination to spill Blues into her soundscape of Downtempo Darkwave EDM.
