“FedEx” is the short and sweet Hip hop drop from up and coming Rap artist Jay Mundo; if he isn’t on your radar by now, his latest drop is the perfect introduction. It’s clear from the energy of the track, that his music is all about the vibe. The pitch-perfect rhythmic layers of reverb-drenched synth resonate to draw you into the seamlessly tight melody in perfect contrast to the authoritative bars.
With the fresh flow of the Trap mix it’s easy to fall into the up-vibe feeling of the light beats which serve as the perfect platform for Jay Mundo to rest his playfully charismatic Rap bars on. Whilst it was a little hard to follow the lyrical sentiment in some points, once you sit back and appreciate FedEx and the contemporary flair behind the production, that becomes a minor detail.
