Cudlino may not have broken the mainstream yet. But make no mistake, their RnB-soaked style of Hip Hop is as radio-ready and commercially appealing as it comes.
The smoothly rhythmic feat of Hip Hop offers absorbing melodies carved by effervescent guitar notes and the structure of the track was crafted by flawless EDM beats. Going by their earlier releases, they perceptibly have no problem vocally holding their own. But bringing in GlitCH rounded the track off perfectly. There’s a potent amount of chemistry within this immersive fresh track.
It’s modern, it’s meltingly romantic, and it’s a good indicator that Cudlino won’t be up and coming for long if he keeps on cooking up sticky-sweet urban works of alchemy such as Only You.
