On Her Own: Anna Helen drops an unforgettable single to heal the pain with on Healing

Gracefully flowing from her gorgeously sweet 3-track EP called Twenty to Self, Anna Helen shows us the fight needed when you don’t receive that extra love needed on Healing.

Anna Helen is a fresh-faced and vocally brilliant Berlin, Germany-based indie pop singer-songwriter who makes music for others to face those life-changing challenges.

I started writing poetry and short stories when I was just 10 years old. Telling stories and trying to connect with others through words and art has always been the moving force in my life. Soon I discovered my love for music, started playing the piano and singing my poetry instead of reading it aloud. When I realised that through my songs I can speak up for others and take a stand as well as work through my own obstacles it became my goal to share my songs with the world.” ~ Anna Helen

Looking for a special light to take the darkness away, Anna Helen wrote this song for those who needed it most. She kindly washes away all the past hurt and slides our attention away into the moment to start the lets-get-better process quicker.

Healing from Berlin, Germany-based indie pop singer-songwriter Anna Helen is a rather sublime effort from an angelic goddess who is showing us the way to a better path. Performed with a superb tone and featuring so many lyrically intricate moments to treasure, we find a track to feel okay with again. Finally.

The storm does eventually pass after all.

UK singer-songwriter Kwun has made his spectrally soul-chilling debut with his single, Supernatural

On October 21st, the UK-based singer-songwriter and producer, Kwun made his melodious debut with the soul-chilling single, Supernatural, which fuses the songwriting styles of Nick Drake & John Lennon.

With vocals void of veneer flourishing in their own distinctive timbre instead of forced into assimilation, surrendering to the emotion in Supernatural, especially with the bitter-sweet vibrato, is non-optional.

Atop the trickling upbeat piano keys, shimmering motifs, gentle percussive fills, and orchestral swells, Pang’s spectrally sweet vocals lead you into catharsis; the healing propensities of Supernatural were no mistake. The single was recorded at 432 Hz, the frequency which resonates and harmonises with nature and the human body. While lyrically, Kwun provokes the listener into questioning adages old and new to become the greatest versions of their beings.

Mark Prentice (Johnny Cash & Bruce Springsteen), Sam Wheat (Pharrell Williams & Amy Winehouse) and Tony Cousins (Adele & George Michael) all put their deft finishing touches on this resoundingly promising release. We can’t wait to hear what his forthcoming album, Ancient Ageless & True, has in store.

The Radio Edit of Supernatural is now available to stream on Spotify.

Ibukun Araoye aka IBK, is a highly motivated Nigerian indie electronic/hip-hop musician/poet, musicology minor degree graduate and producer, who lathers in his love for music from when he was very little, to his passion of having his music played all over the world now, to inspire others through their troubles.

”A medical doctor by training – with a neuroscience background -, I truly believe in the power of music as medicine”. – IBK

Looking deeper within: Mysterious indie-electronic artist Itsallzenhere fascinates with love-torn single ‘I Was So Blind’

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Atu3WU8auKE&ab_channel=Itsallzenhere

Itsallzenhere is back with his love-torn story about a crush that seems to have gotten away on his single called ‘I Was So Blind‘.

Unintelligiblekai aka Itsallzenhere is a fascinating Greece-based underground indie-electronic musician who has made a song that forces you to look much deeper within than most music out there, due to a break-away style that is ever-evolving and original.

It seems as though this is an artist who is dealing with so much pain from being with someone that he truly adored. With a voice that breaks up on occasion and forces you to listen really intently, he is expressing his pain to what happened. He appears to still be dealing with it and is working out in his mind what transpired and to start the healing process.

When you are in love or lustful, it is so hard to make sense of things when they end. You tend to blame yourself and this only leads to a longer time to heal. Its easier said than done to move on, take it on the chin, learn from mistakes and turn the page but this is the only way to be happier again, faster.

With a unique music style, he is a pleasure to listen to and you feel that there is much potential here if he can market himself well, find a close community of fans that keeps on growing and shares his music to new friends. Or he might just want to make music for himself as a healing process and perhaps we will never know. That is the beauty of music, it is there to make us think, inspire and to calm our minds from the crazy world before us.

I Was So Blind‘ from Itsallzenhere is a fascinating journey of simmering sounds that is like a mystery we love to find out more about.
