Up and coming Country Pop singer-songwriter Sami Jo reinvented the Nashville sound and released their single “Two Truths and a Lie” on September 23rd. While you’ll hear familiar rhythmic concordance, you’ll also get to sample Sami Jo’s contemporary approach to songwriting.
Sami Jo’s personality has remained unfiltered in the magnetically melodic single which ingeniously works the two truths and a lie game within the lyrics. The playful pragmatic twist to the single created an instantaneously engaging dynamic which was made even more arrestive through Sami Jo’s effortlessly harmonic vocals.
I can’t say I’ve ever been quite so transfixed with the lyrics of a single from the first time of listening. Two Truths and a Lie has given me no doubt that there will be plenty of exciting things to come from Sami Jo.
