As it unfolds, you’ll be snared by plenty of lyrical hooks as you come to appreciate the up and coming artist’s commandingly powerful approach to the genre. Yet, Naked still offers the same playful honeyed punch as you would expect from Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus. Dare I say Nadia Vaeh’s are perceptibly more ingenious? That may sound like incredibly strong praise, yet, the lyrical verses run like metaphysical poetry whilst keeping to the perfect meter and rhyme to add to the anthemic hype behind Naked.
It can be hard to make a connection with an artist from the first listen, but that’s exactly why Nadia Vaeh stands out with distinction. And rather than being your average sappy lovelorn Pop hit, Naked was inspired with Nadia Vaeh’s journey as an artist. While some people may still be inclined to believe the road to success is a walk in the park, Naked will resonate with anyone who knows just how wrong that preconception is.
