Marcus Fetch – Wild Flowers: Sonorously Sweet Acoustic Indie Folk

Acoustic Indie Folk artist Marcus Fetch is potentially one of the most underrated up and coming singer-songwriters around right now. With the combination of his vocal charisma, concordance in the acoustic soundscape and powerful imagery conjured by the lyricism, Marcus Fetch is a triple threat and his standout single “Wild Flowers” is the perfect introduction to his acoustic style.

With a sound which sits in between the punchy and jangly anthemics of the Violent Femmes and the poignantly candid style of artists such as Elliot Smith there’s no easy way to allude to just how refreshing Marcus Fetch’s music is. It’s a good job Wild Flowers is more than worth four minutes of your time to discover the alchemy which Marcus has weaved into his simple yet sonorous sound.
