With a title like ‘Seal it With a Kiss’, there’s a fairly high expectation of romanticism within Billy Winn’s latest mash up between EDM and R&B Soul. Sure enough, the up and coming artist delivered, even if it was with one of the most unpredictable progressions that I’ve ever heard from a track which started out with slow and sensuous R&B crooning. But god damn, the EDM drops which break up the verses and blitz their way through the chorus are as vibrant and euphoric as they come. They’ll almost make you wish you were on a sweaty crowded dancefloor drinking in the sensual energy with someone you probably shouldn’t. We’ve all been there, and the lyricism to Seal it With a Kiss will take you right back there with the narrative of secret romantic endeavours. They’re just a bit more exciting, aren’t they?
