Alt Hip Hop artist nONY1 Has Made Waves With Their Experimentally Mesmeric Single “2 at a Time”

You almost need to hit play on up and coming Hip Hop artist nONY1’s latest single “2 at a Time” just to see what they’re taking on in twos. But once the rhythmic beats hook you in, curiosity slips away and transfixion in the soundscapes takes over.

It’s been a while since I heard a Hip Hop earworm, but nONY1 didn’t fail in creating one through their smooth yet intricately textured hit. Expect layers of Funk from the acoustic bass lines and nostalgically resonant elements of Jazz in 2 at a Time. There’s plenty of hazy catharsis found in the stark instrumental melodies, but when it comes to the Rap bars, you can expect flawlessly relentless high-tempo versing.

Hip Hop debuts don’t come much more promising than this.
