K. Rose – Nothing: Strikingly Soulful Ambient Neo-Soul RnB

https://soundcloud.com/user-555645404/nothing

Breaking RnB singer-songwriter K. Rose has released their most strikingly soulful single yet with “Nothing”. It may be laced with romantic lament, but it’s anything but your average lovelorn single.

The stylistically ambient beats which were crafted by Zane98 set the perfect tone for K. Rose’s soft, smooth and harmonically flawless vocals which run through the candidly relatable lyrics.

While not all breakups are the same, a running theme between them is the sense of worthlessness which can lead you to believe that there’s nothing left. K. Rose resonantly captures that emotion, if you’re capable of empathy, expect this track to hit hard. It may be tonally warm and inviting, but the level of emotion which was projected through the lyrics is haunting.

Trevor Quest has dropped their sultry dancefloor hit “Shake It” prod. Cratez

Up and coming RnB artist Trevor Quest dropped their sensually soulful EP “Mix Emotions” on June 28th. While each of the Hip Hop-infused hits provides a potent hit of salaciousness, the best introduction to the authentic artist’s contemporary style is “Shake It”.

With renowned producer Cratez in charge of polishing the mix, it was never going to fall flat. Instead, the light and intricate beats ooze earworm potential, there’s no reason why Shake It couldn’t become a charting summer RnB hit. It’s the perfect anthem for hedonistic summer nights.

Cjvd has dropped their Funk-deep serving of RnB Soul “Nobody Else”

Cjvd has gone right back to the roots of RnB with the potent serving of soul which was projected into his latest single Nobody Else. But with the snappy solid beats in the accordantly light arrangement, he created a hit which deserves a spot on 21st-century airwaves.

The hook-filled immersive track sits at the perfect tempo to offer catharsis whilst simultaneously allowing you to lose yourself in the colourfully romantic mix.

Joshua Dairen poured a smorgasbord of soul onto the airwaves with their latest single “Black and White”

There’s a serious serving of soul in breaking RnB Neo-Soul artist Joshua Dairen’s latest single Black & White.

Despite their modernistic approach to Soul, you’re still hit with the same resounding levels of emotion as you’d find in tracks from pioneering artists. From the first verse, you’ll be hooked in by the poetically candid lyrics which get increasingly more profound as Black & White progresses.

Joshua Dairen’s harmonically pitch-perfect deep vocals find perfect synergy with the Electronically orchestrated beats which borrow nuances of EDM, Pop and Hip Hop for a dynamic genre-transcending sound. In short, Black & White is a perfectly well-rounded track which drips with universal commercial appeal.

Up and coming artist Nolai’s single Stay is the aural evolution RnB has been waiting for

Up and coming RnB artist Nolai blew us away with their bar-setting single Without You. Their latest futuristically-romantic single Stay has given us another reason to get excited about the commercial potential which lingers in their inspired approach to EDM RnB Pop.

The vibrantly explorative soundscape may be a far cry from what you can expect from traditional RnB, and so are Nolai’s fiery nuanced vocals. Yet, accessibility still remains the essence of the melodically infectious single.

Even though there’s a sure enough injection of attitude within the mix, Stay is the perfect introduction to Nolai’s ability to leave you aurally endeared from the moment you hit play.

Rielle – Can’t Do This: Empoweringly All-Consuming RnB Pop

Right from the first few notes in RnB artist Rielle’s latest single “Can’t Do This”, you brace yourself to thrown into a hard-hitting melancholic single.

But what the prelude doesn’t prepare you for is the all-consuming nature of the chorus which allows Can’t Do This to stand as the ultimate testament to Rielle’s ability to orchestrate resonantly raw RnB Pop hits.

Even though the track title sounds fairly defeatist, Can’t Do This is irrefutably one of the most empowering RnB Pop singles we’ve heard in quite some time. The resonance isn’t hard to find in the lyrics, especially if you’ve ever had your self-esteem shattered by someone too blind to see your worth in the first place. There may not be many vocal melodies which can compel you to join in on the chorus before you’ve even learnt the lyrics to a track, Rielle has audibly made up for the shortfall with Can’t Do This.
