Sharpshooter (S.S) proves to be a lyrical force to be reckoned with in their single, ‘Legendary’

Pennsylvania hip hop artist Sharpshooter (S.S) has been creating hip hop for 15 years, always staying on-trend and in tune with current issues around injustice, as his 2020 album, ‘This Ain’t Nothin’ 4’ proves.

The standout single, ‘Legendary’, allows Sharpshooter (S.S) to exercise their lyrical wit and shine an all-baring light on the conflicting duality in our lived experiences.

With a nod to the struggles of introverts who want to succeed, the increasing toxicity of our digital world and music fans tendencies to not heed the wisdom in lyricism, Sharpshooter (S.S) has plenty to say and all of the talent and precision to ensure that his lyricism hits hard. With his convictive poetic precision, he is definitely worthy of his moniker. But under all that talent, there’s a magnetic charisma and soul which makes it all too easy for their razor-sharp analogies to blow your mind.

Check out Sharpshooter (S.S)’s album This Ain’t Nothin’ 4 via Spotify. Ironically, it is everything a die-hard hip hop fan could ask for.

Jai T takes introspective-deep Hip Hop to an ethereal new level with ‘Soldier’

With each new release from US Rap artist Jai T, the airwaves get a new demonstration of their versatility. With the release of their 2020 EP ‘Eclipse’, their dynamism and enigmatic prowess has never been more prominent.

‘Soldier’ is the perfect introduction to their introspective-deep wit-laden lyricism, but the true distinction within their sound is undoubtedly found within the style of the production. It isn’t every day that I get the pleasure of describing Hip Hop as ethereal, but you’d struggle to find a better adjective to allude to transfixing shimmering reverb which wraps around the tight synergistic beats.

Canadian trailblazer SVLM offers a high-vibe Hip Hop playlist staple with ‘Six Speed’

SVLM has already taken the Canadian Hip Hop scene by storm, after the release of their latest track, Six Speed, he’s about to tempestuously dominate international airwaves.

The high-vibe grooves paired with their charismatically-energetic personality made an earworm out of Six Speed, which is anything but mechanical despite the romantically meta automotive focus of the track.

Their ability to infuse their endearing personality in the music video made it impossible not to warm to SVLM. Their commercial potential is undeniable. Don’t just watch this space, get behind one of the most eccentrically magnetic artists dropping tracks in 2020.

Hip Hop artist Sealy Troh lays down mischievously savage lines in their latest release “Mallrat”

Up and coming Hip Hop artist Sealy Troh dropped their latest single Mallrat on September 18th. Any fans of Kevin Smith’s cult 1995 hit will definitely want to hit play. It may not be as grungy, but the grunge has been replaced with a flawless urban grind which allows the track to utterly dominate your consciousness. Expect the energy of the track to stay with you long after it has faded out too.

All artists give away their level of intelligence in their music, you’ll find plenty of ingenuity in this mischievously savage track as Sealy Troh lays down their witty observations. “Freak hoes, no clothes, only lord knows” … if I could go people-watching with anyone in the world, it would be Sealy Troh.

The track tells a frequently told rags to riches story, but it has never quite been delivered like this before. Travis attacks the track with aggressive, perfectly-metered Rap bars which lock into the stylistically fresh EDM Hip Hop beats which find the optimal tempo for the instrumental hooks to ensnare you and to keep you immersed.

Trailblazing Hip Hop artist Movie Monroe is on fire 2020, we might be living in a time of unpredictable chaos, but at least we can rely on Movie Monroe to drop a transfixingly mesmeric track with each new release.

Goddess Girl is a smooth, blissful production, infused with warm reverb around the solid rattle of the 808s. The instrumentals offer waves of catharsis while Movie Monroe unapologetically brings a potent hit of Romanticism into the mix. I’m not sure if you drink in the lyrics as the track runs through, or the lyrics drink you in through their absorbing wit and the almost tear-inducing sincerity.
