J’Jai is a Montreal, Canada/Boston-based multi-skilled military sniper, medic, and Hip-Hop artist. He makes the type of music that has been purely created to help with the trauma and sad times which can take over, if you aren’t too careful.

Shotgun Waltz is a Boston, Massachusetts-based indie alt-rock roots four-piece band. They are a group that have a world class sound that has been fine tuned from many years perfecting their craft, as they combine like classic wine to make that specially flavored type of energy.

You Wanted Easier Than I: Daniella Spadini burns with disappointment of false promises on her stunning 2nd single ‘7:30’

After carefully bringing us a superb shining light on her debut single ‘Part Of You‘, Daniella Spadini wonders why her ex set her fire alive and then foolishly ran away when things got a bit harder on ‘7:30‘.

Daniella Spadini is a rural Northern California-born, Boston-based, flower and dog lover, indie-pop artist and Berklee College of Music Songwriting undergrad student ’21.

After formally being in a top 40 cover band before her studies, she has been bursting to release her 2nd single and this is a marvelous effort, packed full of powerful vocals which have you breathless at times.

Spend Some Time With You: Boston rapper Kieh fleetingly wonders where she went on ‘Dash’

As his thoughtful mind drifts back to when they were cool and things seemed like they would last for a minute, Kieh lights up briskly and smokes out the memory that has been blazed away like old smoke on the quick-fire new single all about that ‘Dash‘.

Boston, Massachusetts-based rapper, music producer and audio engineer Kieh, likes to make that striking music which is about life, love, and making that paper in this tree-felling type of world.

His smoothly tinted vocals flows through rather organically on a sharp edged beat – which has your head nodding rather briskly – as you get inside Kieh’s mind to see what he is truly aiming for. His skillful bars flosses over the catchy melody to have you feeling like he is only headed to the top, as he wants it more than anyone else.

‘Dash‘ from the youthful Boston, Massachusetts-based indie rapper and trap producer Kieh, is a striking message to the quick-to-bail girl who was close. He wishes for her to be around but after things were going well she disappointed him, and decided to make other moves which turned out to be a huge mistake. He is now counting hundreds until his fingers go blue, and is only going upwards to reach those huge dreams, that keeps him hungry all day.

Sometimes people come into your life and leave before you’ve even truly gotten to know them, as your mind on focuses on the all-important bank account only.

Come Back Home: Splendid new Boston rock band Silvirtongue know what they want on ‘Heartstrings’

Taken off their much-awaited upcoming debut EP, Silvirtongue skillfully tell us the true story of wanting that loved soul to be present right next to your caring eyes again as there is so much more to say on ‘Heartstrings‘.

Silvirtongue is a promising Boston, Massachusetts-based four-piece alt-rock band. They are a new act who have been working hard over this supremely challenging last year, and power in with a sterling effort that needs our attention.

Inspired by classic bands such as Radiohead, Oasis, The Pixies, Pearl Jam, U2, The Cure and The Police, you feel their quality throughout this absolute gem. After a few seconds you quickly realize that this is a specially brewed band, who are oozing natural class without trying overly hard.

”The band formed when things got tough for all of us at the start of 2020. With some original works already lined up, band vocalist and bassist (Cozzo) reached out to some musician friends both new and old (Kelleher, Colarusso, McGuirk). You hear such clearly intention-filled vocals here that are backed up by a sensational sound, who seem to get it all right with ease. Your head seems to nod organically and there is so much pureness here – nothing is ever rushed unnecessarily – as you sit back and admire such cleverly penned lyrics, that seems to mesh perfectly with the mood at hand.

‘Heartstrings‘ from the booming Boston alt-rockers Silvirtongue, is the movie-like story about wanting to be with someone so bad, as you had feelings back in the old days at school. There is something there that you can’t stop thinking about it, and you want to be close, so you can find out exactly what it is. This is a fantastic track that will certainly have your heart beating with so much energy, and is one of the most exciting releases from 2021.

Through The Haze: Boston’s Eric Dwight asks for forgiveness as he finds the light again on ‘Baby These Are Dark Days’

Taken off his highly personally and self-healing thirteen-track debut album that helped him get over the ultimate heartbreak, Eric Dwight bravely tells us the deeply sad story about how his beloved brother tragically died of an overdose and how this pain filtered into his other relationships as he was in so much pain inside on ‘Baby These Are Dark Days‘.

Eric Dwight is a Boston, Massachusetts-based indie-rock singer-songwriter. He has turned the page on the past as he knew it couldn’t continue, as he shares his story to help others who feel stuck inside and need that much-needed inspirational guidance.

”Everyone has a sad story to tell. Is mine different? Not these days because everyone is dying from opioids and substance abuse. My brother fell victim in 2014 but I didn’t write a note about it until last year. It was the final piece of the healing timeline for me, For what it’s worth to a casual listener I can say that music helped me finally move on… That’s worth something.” – Eric Dwight

With a catchy tone that is sung so passionately from a man on a mission to redemption, this is a rather remarkable effort that is a song you can’t help but admire. The mellow rock ambiance is a perfect antidote to a time that he wish he had back, as the signs were there but he ignored his gut. He knows who is important in his life now and performs with such a knowing attitude, as he moves on from those moments which could of taken him down too.

‘Baby These Are Dark Days‘ from the Boston-based indie singer-songwriter Eric Dwight, is one of the more emotional and most important songs you will hear all year. He sends his friends and loved ones an apology here, as he hasn’t been there for them but is back now. This moving song and terrifically created album has helped to open up his eyes again and live life healthily, apologizing is the only thing he can do as losing his brother really had him down for too long.

This is a highly courageous effort from a really honest man, who has turned his pain into a wonderful creative outlet to move on from the hurt. He has finally let go and hopes that they will forgive him for not being present, whilst he dealt with this tragic event that he refuses to define him. Music truly does heal all scars over time.
