LISHI is one amazing artist that doesn’t need much of an introduction. Lishi’s delivers a fresh-sounding combination of pop and electronica.
Our Hearts’ is the follow up to last year’s debut ‘Dropping ‘ and was recorded recently with producer Xavier Dunn in his studio during a couple of really productive days. Subsequently mixed by Phil Threlfall and then mastered by Ben Feggans, this is the first track to be lifted from the Australian singer’s forthcoming double A side single which is due in the Spring.
You can clearly feel that Lorde’s magic reflection right in the heart of this song. it’s one of those songs that can make you really sway your head and partly sing along with the artiste. This is Lishi’s latest single is a vision of what intuitive pop music could be, the sound of an eclectic, hyperreal future where romantic love becomes nothing but an emotional refuge.
Lishi continues to defy the hourglass with her creativity, hit upon hit that is as sonically fresh as it is entertaining. Typically, the most interesting thing about this artist is the fact that her subject matter and theme isn’t predictable. She’s always got something new to offer.
As usual the vocals and the lyricism on the song is just unique and well punctured. Be sure to check out this refreshing song by Lishi. Overall this is a cool but steady pop song that’s just beautiful as the artist that owns the work.
