Turncoat Billy sang the worn-in blues in their latest indie single, Hand Me Downs

After enamouring us with their psychedelically vintage single, Kaleidoscope, the Tottenham-hailing prodigal sons of indie rock nostalgia, Turncoat Billy, are back on our radar once again with a definitively infectious sound that carries all of the feel-good grooves of a Ray Charles hit single.

The jaunty honkytonk piano keys stab their way through the theatrical flair of their brass-infused cosy new single, Hand Me Downs, which boasts swathes of 70s pop swagger and evidence that Turncoat Billy is no longer the band equivalent of the girl next door.

It is safe to say they’ve come into their stride, and wherever they go from here, we will be keen to follow, especially if their singles continue to run in the same quirkily romantic and self-deprecating vein as Hand Me Downs.

Soaking our souls in so much more that what the world is currently offering, 705 has created a niche that is rather hard to dislike and has assembled a memorable single to treasure.

Sade from Tottenham, London-based indie afrobeats solo artist 705 is a fine release that has been made with so much endearing innocence. Brimming with quiet confidence and thriving with a vocal mastery that is second to none, this is a track that needs so much more love.

When you know who your ride-or-die is, your perspective shall change forever.

After a long and often painstaking journey to finally get this track released out to the awaiting world, Filippo Bones confidently shatters down the formally formidable fences that were holding him back on the passionate ‘Broken Bones‘.

Filippo Bones is an uplifting Tottenham, London-based indie pop singer-songwriter. He makes that joining-up together music that encourages others to hold on tight, join arms together, and make sure that your dreams are certainly fulfilled no what others say or do to slow you down.

This is the true story about ignoring the lies that are on tv — as this is the inspiring loud call to hold hands and to be in the moment — to come up with solutions rather than doing nothing, is sung with such encouraging vibrations. He is tired of the rubbish being said that is only holding back his friends, himself and complete strangers, who deserve better.

He sings with such a likable style — as you follow his story and groove with the energy that has been transmitted into the earths core — with a determined look on his face, and a skip in his step. Nothing seems to get him down too much and this is reflected into his captivating vocals. which sweeps away the negative and brings in only positive thoughts.
