8udDha bl0od – Yin: Abstract Alt Electronica

Up and coming Brighton-based artist 8udDha bl0od may have some accordant hits in their discography of Alternative Releases. Yet, for their release “Y!n”, they’ve created a harshly ethereal, abstract soundscape which comes with a magnetic pull.

With the same mind-calming effects of binaural beats when you crank this instrumental mix up high, Y!n does more than provide ambience or catharsis.

The stunningly arcane mesmerism allows you to feel as though you’ve unlocked a higher vibration. And that’s quite the feat considering that Y!n is just over one and a half minutes long.

Each new track you delve into from 8udDha bl0od leaves you more in awe of their tendency to create without constraint.

Eve & Lee – Where Are You? Binaural-Style Mind-Bending Beats

Eve & Lee’s latest experimental electronica release may not be everyone’s cup of tea. In fact, it’s more of an aural shot of absinthe which allows your mind to sink into droning catharsis.

Even though “Where Are You” is slightly cold, dark, and dystopian in the endless droning 7-minute stretch, those with an open mind should check it out nonetheless and slap on a pair of headphones before doing so.

The binaural-style beats may not be your archetypal serving of ambient music. But that’s not to say that “Where Are You” is any less efficacious in allowing to feel like flotsam by the time the soundscape has come to a beguiling end.

You can listen to Where Are You? via SoundCloud.
