Columbus up and coming RnB artist jackson r.a. has recently dropped their standout single “Little Love”. Any fans of modernistic RnB Pop are going to want to hear it.

Little Love is a soulful feat of electronically mastered experimentalism which isn’t afraid to take RnB down bold new aural avenues. The raw undiluted emotion is fed into an intricately layered soundscape. Up and coming Alt RnB Hip Hop artist YaBoyAMP dropped their latest single “HENNESSY” on February 19th. Once the instrumental hooks grip you, you’ll be at the mercy of the immersive melodies in this unique convergence of Trap and RnB.

YaBoyAMP’s constantly evolving vocals switch from smooth and steady Trap bars to harmonically pitch-perfect RnB Pop vocals allowing HENNESSY to unfold as a dynamic and well-rounded hit.

The lyrics may be on the more salacious side, but that’s not to say that HENNESSY is without its romanticism. Before you reach the outro, you’ll get to appreciate the full extent of YaBoyAMP’s lyrical waxing skills. But it’s much more than just their ability to keep to perfect meter and rhyme on offer. RXCH – Song Cry featuring BIG HILLI, FAM and BIG HOOD THA KING YH

For his latest track “Song Cry (Murder on My Mind)”, up and coming Alt Hip Hop artist RXCH teamed up with BIG HILLI, FAM and BIG HOOD THA KING YH to create a track which is as commanding as it is emotive.

Through a mix of contemporary RnB, New Wave Trap, and Hip Hop, RXCH was able to offer fiery energy alongside soul-deep sentiment. It’s definitely not every day we can say that.

While the vocal reverb felt slightly excessive in parts, Song Cry was still a solid track. It just felt slightly criminal to gloss over the emotion which was projected into the mix.

It’s easy to anticipate big things to come from RXCH, their sound isn’t just ahead of the curve, it’s created a brand-new trajectory in the evolution of RnB Hip Hop. I’d put them on your radar sooner rather than later.

Adan Del Rio – Can’t Believe U featuring Netta: Sentiment-Soaked RnB Trap

For their latest single “Can’t Believe U” Alt Trap artist Adan Del Rio teamed up with RnB vocalist Netta to create an evocatively deep mix which is full of collaborative chemistry.

Despite the fast pace of Adan Del Rio’s bars, it was all too easy to drink in the passion-soaked poetic lyrics thanks to his clean, clear and convictive diction.

What a needle is to a haystack is usually what melodicism is to Trap music. But in Can’t Believe U, the light and cathartic guitar notes find the perfect balance in the mix against the 808s. It’s everything you could possibly ask for from a contemporary Rap track.
