After more than a decade away from her true love of creating special sounds that transforms time, Kirsty Cooke returns graciously with a true story about her beloved Dad who sadly passed away on ‘Heydays‘.

Kirsty Cooke is a Somerset, UK-based indie pop artist, film music student and music producer. Mixed and co-produced by Sam Inglis, this is a more-than fitting tribute to a loved one who shall be dearly missed.

After 15 years away from music she has picked up the headphones again and started producing her own original tracks in March 2021.” ~ Kirsty Cooke

With a melancholic ambiance that is so beautiful and touching – that includes stunning vocals – which has a small tear emerging as you feel her pain from this heartbreaking loss. Times were tough and rocky with a condition that is hard to deal with for many, however her grace is so inspiring and truly admirable.

I wrote this song in memory of my Dad, it is about loss, nostalgia, and the complications of loving someone with bipolar. Obviously it is very close to my heart.” ~ Kirsty Cooke

Heydays‘ from the returning Somerset, UK-based indie pop solo musician and producer Kirsty Cooke, is a tear-filled single that gives you a shake of the heart and has your memory going back to those who you love and miss dearly. She sings with such a lovely style, that is indeed memorable and gives her late Dad a stunning tribute which he would be surely so proud of.

Speaking up for the voiceless: Twin sisters A.C.A drop important message about illegal immigration, police brutality, and sex trafficking on debut track ‘Fix It’

A.C.A drop the truth for the whole world to know, on the explosively real rock track calling for an immediate change to despicable atrocities happening each day- on the recently released ‘Fix It‘.

Anitra and Alicia Thompson are inspiring singer-songwriter twin sisters from the US, who needed to and did speak up. They make music about real issues that face their local community and are sick and tired of nothing being done about so many social issues that are so important to the very fabric of humanity.

With a real edge to their rock coated music, the vocals fly in passionately as the electricity sparks in your mind as you learn more from what is really going on- not what is on the news.

If you listen closely enough and are open-minded to learning more, you find out what the real issues are currently. So many need help to have a fair chance at staying in a country where they want to live, without being treated like a criminal for no valid reason. Whilst there are good police around, way too many are over aggressive- especially to the African-American and Hispanic community. Way too many women are in need of help with horrific crimes committed against them as they are forced to work the streets and nothing really seems to change.

Fix It‘ from US rock duo A.C.A is one of the most important releases so far in 2021. Inspired by their Dad to change the name of the song from ‘Another Day‘ that was written ten years ago, this shows that change needs to be made now. Hopefully with the change in leadership in the USA things will be different but one thing is certain. Millions of citizens from all different races and upbringings are sick and tired of these long-lasting issues that need to be sorted out. The quicker the better.

Through music, real change can be made. That is the power that musicians have and if used correctly, a real difference can and will take place if enough voices join together to force a re-think by the ones in power.

Moving on upwards: Scottish producer Gary Dewar is ready for what’s next on top notch debut single ‘No More Tears’

Gary Dewar is quite excellent on his debut electronic offering and this one will pull on your heart strings but eventually lift you into a better place on ‘No More Tears‘.

Mysterious Scottish music producer Gary Dewar somehow balances a full time job, being a Dad to young kids and finds time to make atmospheric edm soundscapes with that rhythmical bounce to lift you off your feet.

The wonderful mysterious female vocals are so sweet on the ear- like getting a kiss on the cheek from a crush you truly care about. The busty bass flies on upwards with wings that are wide and makes you float in the sun-filled sky, looking down at this crazy world and having a cheeky grin planted on your face as you get away for a short while.

The story about not crying anymore and the tears has dried up as its time to move on from the past. Sometimes we need a little bit of motivation to rise again and this is the perfect tonic. Crystal clear vocals with skilled production is the order of the day here on a terrific single that is full of class and poise.

Debut Spotify release ‘No More Tears‘ from soulful Scottish producer Gary Dewar is an indie-electro single with so much stylish sonic landscape that it puts you into a mood to get up again after falling down.

The last year has been horrific but luckily thanks to top notch music like this, the world can be a better place for a few minutes as it transforms your heart to be happier. When the going gets tough, the tough get going they say.
