I’ll admit, I wasn’t much of a fan of Kygo & Miguel’s hit single Remind Me to Forget, yet when Twalle got his deft hands on the mix to amplify it under his unique EDM styling the track was completely transformed. Twalle instilled all of the hype and dizzying drops that Remind Me to Forget clearly should have already contained in the first place. Somehow the lyrics became even more resonant after the up and coming producer riddled in plenty of smacks and snares of the 808’s over the previously down-tempo mix and the vocals were shunted up a few pitches. As for the drops, well, they can speak for themselves between the bridges which are now home to euphoric ecstasy and wouldn’t sound out of place on a crowded dancefloor.
