Sofia Werner’s latest single, Lost, reaches the pinnacle of alt-pop

After a moody Twin Peaks-Esque intro, Sofia Werner’s latest indie electro-pop single, Lost, lures you in through melancholy before bursting into a spectacular feat of vibrantly visceral future pop. If you can imagine what it would sound like if London Grammar found some serotonin along the way in their soundscapes, you’ll get an idea of how much panache Werner is bringing to the contemporary pop scene. Lost finds a poignant way of alluding to how people act as our biggest anchors and centres of gravity while wrestling with an almost arcane level of passion.

The Mexico City-born, Atlanta-based artist started honing in on her vocal and instrumental talent at five years old. So, by the time she was ready to make her official debut in 2020, she had what it took to rack up over 200k streams with her hit singles on Spotify alone. We would tell you to get her on your radar, but we’re fairly sure that she will be impossible to miss in the near future.

Lost is available to stream on Spotify.

Sofia Werner drops her killer hit Leave Me Alone: A pure talented and creative Pop track

Latina-American singer-songwriter Sofia Werner has taken the music world by storm and created such an amazing track, it’s one that deserves so much recognition. ‘’Leave Me Alone’’ is definitely one that is a hit in itself.

With only being 16 years of age, Sofia has taken her creativity and determination and turned it into something magical. There is so much she still has left to learn about the music industry, but with only being young, she stands out so much already and her new track proves just why.

It’s simple, not in a bad way, there’s nothing that’s too in your face and nothing too boring, it’s just right. Sofia’s vocal ranges are insane, she hits the high notes perfectly and she can transition between ranges fast but it still flows so well. Going from low-pitch vocals to a more acapella style.

There’s so much emotion and feeling that goes with Sofia’s vocals which makes it so much easier to listen to and connect with. Throughout this track you can hear the upset and anger in the voice and as well as the lyrical approach it gives off this poignant meaning of heartbreak, it’s done so beautifully.

Sofia Werner has proved just why we love Pop music so much and even though she’s only just started out and has lots of time to grow and learn, she definitely has our attention. We can’t wait to see what Sofia gets up to next!
