Seattle’s Christian Rock Reverend Ryan Graves Used His Credence to Create an Electrifying Alt-Rock Hit with ‘Enemy’

Impressively, Ryan Graves is fresh from the release of his second LP of 2023; far from new to the game, he became an integral part of Seattle’s Christian alt-rock scene in the 90s; with his latest album, Human, which stands up to the cataclysmic threat of AI, Graves definitively proved that he can still hit the high-fire mark.

With a rap-rock edge that is just as sharp as the ones carved by The Beastie Boys in the verses of the standout single, Enemy, and classic rock credence making its way into the choruses, it is an electrifyingly hair-raising hit that mainlines the adrenaline through the post-rock instrumentals that create a platform for Graves’ piously enlightening vocals.

Graves’ latest album, Human, was officially released on September 11; stream it on Spotify now.

New Plague Radio’s single, ‘Methamphetamine Dance’, from their debut EP, ‘The Beeswax’.

If any hip hop track has the force to throw you right back to the 90s, it’s New Plague Radio’s single, ‘Methamphetamine Dance’, from their debut EP, ‘The Beeswax’.

By mashing up Beastie Boys-style rap vocals with cutting guitars that would be right at home in an Incubus track, it’s a riotous amalgamation of 80s – 00s culture. If New Plague Radio were the first band that came to mind when nu-metal and rap-rock genres were mentioned, the genre would get plenty more respect.

With the dynamic energy deftly carved by the chaos in the instrumentals combined with smooth rock vocals and existential rap aggression, if you don’t feel your heart rate quicken as New Plague Radio’s single unravels, you might want to check for a pulse.

New Plague Radio’s debut EP is now available to stream via Spotify.

You can check out the official music video for Methamphetamine Dance that was funded by their (well-invested) stimulus money via YouTube.

Anti-5G in full force: Felix & Cyko show their growing frustration on the raw and rebellious ‘Shotout’

There is fire everywhere, guns are casually swung around like kids toys, and the Rap-Rock is so ravaging and extremely raw. These young men are clearly angry with the world and 2020 has just added more paraffin to an already burning mosh pit of disillusionment. With job losses at record levels, so much hate around and twisted 5G news strewn all over TV sets globally, this is the worrying state of affairs currently for many. When drugs are easier to find than work, this creates a flaming fire-pit as Felix & Cyko join forces with Treeburke to light the fuse on this dangerous Halloween track called ‘Shotout‘.

The Rap-Rock is so fearsome and this is a video that you will either love or hate. The visuals are disturbing and the raps blow a massive whole into the speakers. The clear frustration is so obvious to see as these young rapper shred everything in their path on the streets of Pittsburgh.

Your eyes are opening wide here and this will be a song you won’t forget too easily. Love is furthest from their minds as the hate has split over like a tanker truck that has T-boned and flipped over, gas has filled the roads and the match has already been lit. Felix & Cyko are the match and with Treeburke’s help, have shown us a world that most of us had no clue existed.
