Frightened to Speak: Ryan Fox wonders if he is living a lie on ‘I’m On The Losing Team’

As he wonders if he is stuck in a dark and soggy dream that just won’t end, Ryan Fox breaks away from the mental prison on his new single about love with ‘I’m On The Losing Team‘.

Ryan Fox is an impressively poetic indie folk-rock singer-songwriter, qualified secondary school physics teacher and current theoretical physics student, who is based in peaceful Kent, UK. He was born in the vibe-filled world of Northampton, England, and makes that introspective music that is filled with witty charm and terrifically written vocals, that stir up your imagination to think further that you thought possible before.

On a day to day basis Ryan can be found trying to remember what he did and where he was only yesterday, honing his Al Pacino impersonation in the shower, and trying to get his code to work. He has yet to make much progress on any of the above.” ~ Ryan Fox

This is the story about falling in love but knowing deep down that you can’t be together, as they are with someone else and you wonder if you will ever be as close as you desperately want to be. You wished that you were together as they were your hero at school, but things just didn’t work out and you are left wondering what might of been.

I’m On The Losing Team‘ from the wonderfully soulful family man Kent, UK-based indie singer-songwriter Ryan Fox, is a hope-filled track that has you reaching out your hand to others who are stuck right now. Thoughts from the past can drag you down unless they are expressed – and so many struggle to get feelings off their chest – that shall have your heart feeling whole again, despite if you achieved your ultimate goal or not. Getting out of that dark place of what-if, is the only way to be warm and free.

Suris return with the incredible new single ‘Argus’

Suris are Lindsey and David Mackie. They are back with a new organic single full of heart and intrigue to all listeners. It’s called ‘Argus‘ and this is the perfect song to mediate to in 2020.

With a vibrant start, the background sounds grab you and this is something you haven’t heard much before. Soon, we are dazzled by the beautiful vocals, these are noises that we like. Such clear vocals and these two work so well together. This is a stunning song, full of intricate details, there is a rhythm here that is missing from most new songs.

This is proper music, with layers and a light that shines through all your worries. There is an alternative wonderland here, everything is so vivid and I get lost in this indie-soundscape track.

Suris break down more barriers with ‘Argus‘ and you can see why they are so successful, well-respected and admired throughout. This is poetic, this has an orchestra type of feel, this is melodic and stirs your insides like a hot cuppa tea.

Zeh_Brah_ – MZ Van Angelou: And You Thought Shakespeare Was Poetic

The lyrical genius that is Zeh_Brah_ (Maze AKA The Zebra) has just dropped yet another fresh hit off his debut album B & W on Both Sides. It’s the perfect mix of Hip Hop and Poetry.

The Atlanta, US based artist wraps his lyrics around the music as naturally as ivy around closes around a tree. The backbeat is simplistic, yet perfectly styled, giving all of the glory to his stunning rap vocal ability. His latest track produced by General Beats is an admirable showcase of his talent. You taste each ounce of passion that he puts behind his vocals allowing you to fully immerse in the journey which his music takes you on. He follows in the footsteps of other rap artists such as Scroobius Pip Vs Dan Le Sac, however he supersedes even the most notorious rappers ability to fight through the music whilst keeping the ultimate lyrical flow through his vocals & contemporary relatable lyrics. It’s evident there’s a lot of contempt behind his passion and it’s a pleasure to hear this educated intellectual artist offer a window into his soul.

Mwansa’s gift of gravelly vocals that hit you in the pit of the stomach accompanied with stark poetic lyrics that bring the soul of this track to life. It’s modern romantic vibes are everything that you’d expect from an indie singer song writer. There’s no ego behind the sound, just eloquent humbleness expressed through the deft creativity used to create these beautifully melodic indie electronic tracks. His music is pure synergy encapsulated, brought to life through his stunningly raw vocals and brought to life by the soft guitar riffs.

The beat follows a soft duration from start to finish with a seamless transition throughout the entire track, led by the harrowing tale that Mwansa illustrates through his heart wrenchingly evocative lyrics that make it impossible not to fall in love with the Perth based singer song writer as well as his music.  Mwansa created The Greatest Love I’ve Ever Known under the impression that no one would ever listen to it, is there anything more beautiful than that?
