Never Lose Your Imagination: Banjiboi leads the way with the attitude we all need to have on ‘Cigar Boxing’

Sounds from the Waltz Mine by Banjiboi

Formally known as Aro who still frequents the world on occasion, Banjiboi blesses our hungry souls with his incredible single from debut album ‘Sounds from the Waltz Mine‘, that is called ‘Cigar Boxing‘ and features some of the best quotes ever written mixed with insanely awesome guitar skills.

Jack Hays aka Banjiboi is an outlaw indie-rock artist and music producer from hard working Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He has a style that screams underground king – as he makes quality music without wanting the fame – as he is doing this for the love of the lifestyle.

Banjiboi, a rumored relative of the notorious Jesse James and descendent of Tex “Gold-Fingers” Calloway, a successful gold panner during the California gold rush, took a different trail to establishing himself as a household name during a time when social media and digital streaming started to change the ways of the wild and lawless West and the landscape of music forever.” – Banjiboi

With sounds derived from blues origins of The Mississippi Delta to darker country tones and blazing banjo licks, Banjiboi combines the best of modern and vintage styles in an attempt to breed positivity and unify a very polarized nation.” – Banjiboi

With country inklings emanating swiftly from the cozy van belonging to Banjiboi, bass driven electronic music, old school hip hop beats and acoustic finger pickin’, this is a top song that has you in raptures for its pure authenticity.

Cigar Boxing‘ from the humble Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania producer/rock artist Banjiboi, is a testament to an outlaw artist who travels from state to state, gaining knowledge from his travels, and puts it all together so skillfully for us to consume. This might be one of the most interesting musicians in the world, who cruises around like an invisible legend with his trusty dog and laptop, keeping things simple and making incredibly underrated music that actually has real unifying soul.

Close The Door: MG II move on before more pain is inflicted by selfish former lover on ‘Same Old Ways’

The lead track taken off their recent four-track album, MG II show us the path to end things if they get too much on ‘Same Old Ways‘.

MG II is a stunningly voiced two-piece twin sister indie-pop duo Maddie and Gaby Capozza, who are from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and based in Los Angeles, California. They make that pure music about love and how sometimes it can be so complicated, when it really shouldn’t be.

You feel the pain thrust into their lungs, as you heal from trusting the wrong person with your heart again. This is the story about closing the door on their nonsense — healing up and then learning to love again — with someone who is worth it.

They sing with such unison, their minds and souls are united as one, each note is performed with such tender loving care and you feel a bit sad, but happy that they have found the strength to move on from something that wasn’t going to work out long-term.

Same Old Ways’ from the sweet twin sisters MG II, is the quintessential moment when you realize your self-worth and vow to never let someone who is only into themselves, ever take you for a ride again and bring you down to their level.

Life is about being happy and being supported, not being sad and wondering what your partner is up to half the time. Finding your own tribe, is the lock and key to true vibrations that last forever.

The Right Tribe: AJ Raggs brings us the good energy on the vibrant vibe ‘My Kinda People’

Bringing his catchy positive energy to wipe away the gloomy and sad faces, AJ Raggs is all about finding the good vibes that helps manifest into helping others see what is possible on ‘My Kinda People‘.

Angelo Ragghianti aka AJ Raggs is a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-born, soon-to-be Nashville, Tennessee-based singer-songwriter and local cantor at various churches and festivals too. He brings that soulful soundtrack that immerses you closely to his light that burns bright and with such meaning.

His voice carries you to the promised land, where you are with only friends and family that are going to help you find your true purpose through encouragement, not doubt and games that you don’t want to play.

This is the true story of how you can only be great if you surround yourself with those real humans, not the fake alien-type people that seem to be on their own selfish planet that is not a good place to be at all. Staying away from the television helps too as that just adds to your anxiousness, rather than hanging out with kind people who smile and ride the wave of life with a chilled mindset.

My Kinda People‘ from the passionate Pittsburgh-based singer AJ Raggs, is a feel-good song for any day, any month or any year. He sings with that self-aware tone that has you locked in gently to his message of finding your real team. Being with people that don’t get you is bad for your soul anyway.

The introvert anthem of 2021: Bilal Abbey breezes past the fake hype merchants on ‘Social’ (feat. Clara Kent)

Bilal Abbey drops more truth on the superb new single ‘Social‘ taken off his latest seven-track project ‘Mellowhead‘, that also features his fellow music collaborator and soulfully real singer-songwriter; Clara Kent.

Self-aware Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania hip-hop artist, audio engineer, and music producer Bilal Abbey performs his deep-rooted blend of music solo, and also with the hip-hop collective Tribe Eternal.

After being exposed to music his whole life, in fifth grade the bug really bit and hasn’t let go since. By the ninth grade he was already making his own beats and started rapping. From there, the rest as they say, is history.

After studying and recording in Atlanta a few years ago, he used that valuable time to perfect his craft and hone his skills into the sound that he felt fully reflected, what he wanted to portray to the world.

This is the story about how some people are way too social and don’t put enough effort in and just expect everything. This is the voice of the chilled introvert that makes music to be mellow with and keep the vibe just right, the way it should be. There is no flashy swag here, only enlightened mystique that puts your heart in a good place.

With Clara busy manifesting her dreams and singing with a sweetly coasted honey-dipped style that makes your neck and back shiver in exhilaration, this is a combo that packs a hug full of top vibes for your soul to be replenished by.

His easy-going rap style reminds you of that classic old school energy that is sadly lacking in most modern day hip-hop, that is drowned in polluted plastic that does nothing but suffocate the brains of the youth, and has no lasting value. Right here, this is that consciously real music that will be timeless.

Social‘ is an excellent single to start 2021 with Pittsburgh’s Bilal Abbey and Clara Kent are in sensational form on this soulful track that is best listened to with the candles on, wine chilled, and lights down low.

After all, keeping true to yourself is the only way forward while you ignore the fake flashy posers and knowing that they aren’t real at all, is the way to finding your own tribe and to follow your dreams. Real knows real.

Anti-5G in full force: Felix & Cyko show their growing frustration on the raw and rebellious ‘Shotout’

There is fire everywhere, guns are casually swung around like kids toys, and the Rap-Rock is so ravaging and extremely raw. These young men are clearly angry with the world and 2020 has just added more paraffin to an already burning mosh pit of disillusionment. The Hawkeyes rip the chord to entertain us on ‘Wanted Man’

The Hawkeyes rock in with their latest rock infused song called Wanted Man.

The Hawkeyes of Pittsburgh in the USA is a steel city rock 4 piece powerhouse band that forges a pure unique blend of driving rock, rust-belt grit, and big stage headlining attitude persona.

Ripping guitars and pulsing rhythm propel the band’s raw and working-class roots and constant desire for growth. This song is all about knowing who is wanted and who is innocent. Only a wanted man would run and this band ain’t running from nobody. They are on a mission to entertain.

The band’s mentality is one that is focused on elevating to the biggest stages that any working/touring band could imagine but also pays an endearing tribute to its working-class rock ‘n’ roll roots that draw inspiration from the city in which it has lived in, worked for, breathed and loved. I love this mentality and fighting attitude no matter what.

Taken off their latest album ‘Ever for After’, ‘Wanted Man‘ is a fiery rock thunderbolt through the sky and into our souls. This band really rocks and I love the fire in their music style. There is a lot of grit and determination from the Pittsburgh group The Hawkeyes who just make awesome tracks.

‘’Stand up’’ is Pittsburgh Metal Rockers ‘Changing Tymz’ new smashing single with positive message

Didn’t you hear the voices crying out?

Changing Tymz’ are an American Hard Rock/Metal band, from Pittsburgh, the home of ice-hockey in the USA. A loud band, with lots of solo’s, they are really going for it at the moment and clearly love playing together.

The band brings a mix of power metal, and today’s modern metal riffs for the younger fans enjoyment. This is an act with a lot of passion and you can see from their music that they give it all while on stage.

They officially released their 5 track EP in February of 2020 and are now in the pre-production stage of their full-length debut album. I’m keen to see how the album sounds but for now, let’s enjoy ‘’Stand Up’’ for what it is. This is a united song about being together during dark times, a poignant message while living in 2020.

CHANGING TYMZ has dropped single Stand Up

Hailing from Pittsburgh, five-piece band CHANGING TYMZ has released their single ‘Stand Up’ infusing that rock/metal style through thunderous instrumentals and raucous vocals.

Kicking off with a bang, and the electrifying shred on the guitar adding in that powerful bang on the drum to create this loud and intense instrumental.

The instrumentation is insane and this band isn’t afraid to kick it up a notch and make sure to bring it louder whilst getting heavier. With the vocal ranges, they’re always at heightened volume, with that gravelly texture to them. When the instrumentation and the vocals combine together is what gives this track that suspenseful feeling that intensifies as the song goes on.

Always giving the instrumentation their time to shine, towards the end letting the guitar and the drums completely take over and illuminate the background. Completely smashing the shred on the electric guitar and adding in that hard-hitting drum beat as they come together and create this heavy and powerful instrumentation.
