Lara Eidi crafted a jazz-folk remedy for modern malady in her latest single, Breathe Love

Semblances of hope, empowerment, and freedom may be scant in our malady-rich modern era, but the jazz-folk soulstress Lara Eidi more than made up for the shortfall in her latest single, Breathe Love.

By complementing her profoundly powerful with ethereal soul vocals, which become a guiding light towards self-actualisation and acceptance, with orchestrally-layered vibrant jazz-folk motifs, the record comes to life under the duress of her accessibly inviting stylings. At the centre of this sonic universe lies the message that when you embrace your entire being, idiosyncrasies and all, you can freely breathe love into the universe and receive it back tenfold.

Bluebyrd weaved a timeless folk pop serenade with their latest single, Crystals

The Folk-pop visionary duo Bluebryd entwined modernism with an air of 70s and 80s folk in their latest single, Crystals, mused by a fragile soul traversing a chaotic world with spirituality as a guiding force.

With reminiscences of Ralph McTell and Richard Thompson and melodic echoes of Cash’s Ring of Fire, the lyrically delicate protest to unsettling times will undoubtedly resonate with anyone that has felt at a loss in the current climate of ennui and disillusion. It’s a touching serenade from the folk-pop duo, who are fresh from supporting The Christians and Ian McNabb; they have also been in regular rotation on UK and international radio, with over 200 plays across 2021 and 2022.

With a cheeky wink to that sweet love that fills your heart with such joy after being badly disappointed before whilst in a toxic relationship that brought you down hard, Dylan Walker is back with his second fresh single to bless our willing ears called ‘Life Began With You’.

Dylan Walker is a splendid Surrey-based indie folk musician, who sings about that feeling deep inside your bones, that has you smiling and feeling joyful after so much sadness.

With a happy whistle and a care-free attitude as his heart is so content now, this is a sweet song all about that springtime love that feels so right. He wants her to be his one and only, as he waits for the right moment to propose and to be together forever united.

He sings with such fluidity and finesse, the gushing vocals flow through like a summer breeze that cools you down after a hot day. This is a singer with a terrific tone, as the authenticity shines through majestically to give you a happy feeling.

Time To Explore Again: Les Ailes yearns to be free as she finds her own path on ‘Lately’

Born with a guitar practically in her hand due to the family genes, Les Ailes is ready for her time to shine on the new single called ‘Lately‘. that is taken off her dynamic new eight-track ‘Tennessee‘ LP.

Les Ailes is the Seattle-born project of soulfully authentic indie modern-folk singer-songwriter Rylie DeGarmo. She makes that aesthetically pure soundscape that feels so good in your heart, as you wash away all the doubts by turning her up to full.

This is the true tale of how you can feel down by current affairs in this complex world, by putting the world on your shoulders to find deeper meaning. Standing up for what is right means so much for your heart and if you are somehow not doing that even if you could be being too hard on yourself, the urge can be to look too far in, without looking up to the bigger picture.

Her voice is absolutely breathtaking, her stunning delivery is so captivating as she peacefully lets you into her feelings to show you who she really is as a human. A kind soul has just opened up her wings, as you feel that she growing up before our eyes, as her creativity is soaring and you feel her energies are gaining steam for more to come.
