Will Roesner does it Vampire Style in his latest ethereally ambient soundscape

‘Ethereal’ may have been inanely bound around so much that it has lost all meaning and resonance, but if there is any artist that the adjective should have been reserved for, it is the eclectically experimental creator of aural worlds, Will Roesner.

Especially based on his latest single, Vampire Style, which brings back the romanticism and gothic glamour of Interview with the Vampire. In place of fangs and frills, there’s cavernously lush 80s-Esque reverb, synth-carved ambience, and gorgeously delicate lamenting harmonies over the tear-jerking accordance.

With a new album due for release in early September, all eyes should be on Will Roesner and his command of evocative minimalism.

Vampire Style is now available to stream on Spotify.

Le Jank wonders why the scorn was there to deny certain victory on ‘Worn Tires’

Taken from the underground music project and YouTube channel The Jank Guitar Store Records, Le Jank reminds us about the injustice that occurred during the much-scrutinized 2021 Formula 1 Season with the reflective single about Michael Masi’s obvious failures on ‘Worn Tires‘.

Le Jank is an indie minimalist North American duo who makes that simply soulful singer-songwriter music to take your mind away from any worries.

Their iteration of Jank Pop music is influenced by Celtic, Pop and Reggae music.” ~ Le Jank

Dropping a song that reminds us to keep our heads up high even when it seems like we are being pushed down a road that only has a worn tread, Le Jank shows us that sometimes, you can just control what you can control and nothing more or less.

Le Jank makes minimalist, guitar-driven Jank music telling unexpected stories.” ~ Le Jank

Worn Tires‘ from the North American guitar-driven duo Le Jank, is an honest single that shows how sometimes justice isn’t served, no matter how much evidence there actually is. They show us into a story that has been examined again and again and features a smooth style that takes you into a Netflix-recorded from last season, that the great Sir Lewis Hamilton would rather forget. Featuring a mellow style and memorable vocals, this is a single perfect for when you want to float into a contemplative place.

Spielbone has released their neo-classic electronica aid to rumination ‘Les mérites du doute’

German-Ivorian composer, Spielbone, made their debut in 2018 with their minimalist neo-classic twist on ambient electronica, in 2020, he released his pacifyingly immersive album ‘Infinitesimal’ any fans of Nils Frahm or similar contemporaries are going to want to pay attention.

In a time when sanctity of any form is scarce, meditative soundscapes such as Les mérites du doute are worth their weight in aural gold. As Chamber strings draw across the keys, the ruminative soundscape pulls you in deeper into the sanguine essence. Spielbone’s ability to set synapses alight and make heartstrings feel taut will undoubtedly see him going far in 2021 and beyond.

You can hear the album for yourselves by heading over to Spotify.
