Erick Diaz has launched his seduction-drenched house anthem, Into Me

You can practically taste the ecstasy in the air of the latest single, Into Me, from the artist, poet, author, and music philosopher Erick Diaz.

His definitively distinctive take on house anthems enabled the single released via NOS to unravel as a progressively steamy anthem of debauchery that any producer would be hard-pressed to assimilate. The massive sound resounds around the ingenuity written into every inexplicitly deft drop and build.

The harsh kicks, bass-swathed beats, and monolithic drops all become that little bit more salaciously transcendent through the reprising whispers that drench the dance hit with seduction. I’ve never written this in a music review before, but he’s a massive tease.

Into Me will hit the airwaves on May 26; hear it on SoundCloud.

TARISH blew the roof off house music with ‘blurry’

The Iraq-born, Sweden-hailing songwriter and producer, TARISH, blew the roof off the house genre with his stormer of a floor-filler, blurry.

With similar uninhibitedly high-energy to the hit, Filthy/Gorgeous by Scissor Sisters, read through the funky bass-dripping beats and the galvanizingly high vocal notes, blurry is an adrenaline-fuelled slice of euphoria which stores an endless supply of dopamine.

TARISH also audibly wears his Swedish House Mafia influence on his music producer sleeve, but never to the detriment of the originality of his resounding sound, which is currently criminally underrated. If you enjoy discovering underground artists before they break onto the mainstream, your time is running out to discover the electrifying visionary before everyone else.

Blurry hit the airwaves on April 21; hear it on Spotify.

Good Head: Astrotrain feels the previous romance collapsing on Dead Weight

Taken straight off the newly minted 3-track EP called Lilium, Astrotrain feels the wrath of someone who wants access without actually doing anything on Dead Weight.

Created by Jørgen Tonvang, Astrotrain is a Norwegian electronic house/techno music producer who makes the kind of dynamic releases which will warm up even the coldest souls.

My goal for this track was to take the listener on a journey where the soundscapes and melodies combine with the vocals to create an experience that you want to return to many times.” ~ Astrotrain

Simply superb. Astrotrain rails up our minds and turns up the speed on this quality song made for cinematic use. This is an outstanding song which will inspire many to rid themselves of something which isn’t real anymore.

Dead Weight from Norwegian electronic house/techno music producer Astrotrain is a breaking-away-from-someone-who-didn’t-care-enough message and anthem. Layered with so many intricacies and pushing the highest standard possible, we find something rather special.

Pulling off the plastic which isn’t helping growth, this is a rather tremendous single worthy of any playlist.

90s Nostalgia meets the future of house in the Freshcobar & Golden Girl Remix of ‘Missing’.

Freshcobar & Golden Girl gave the iconic 1994 hit, Missing by Everything But the Girl the house treatment in their entrancing new remix that is set to drop on all major platforms on April 28th. The indie guitars have been stripped-back to make room for the big beats, even bigger drops, and the colossal atmosphere that cloaks the remix drenches you in nostalgia while allowing you to simultaneously sample the future of house music.

The Missing Remix is the third single from the producer Freshcobar and the San Diego vocalist Golden Girl. Together, they reincarnated the 90s classic hit with far more intensity and fervour than the original contained, but the vocal mystique is right on brand. The deserts may have missed the rain, but my God, the dancefloors will have also missed this hit. Not all heroes wear capes, sometimes they’re reimagining and enlivening the soundtracks to our youth.

The remix will launch via NOS Recordings; check it out on SoundCloud.

Trekkah & Nuzu Deep took us on an afro house journey of self-reflection with the IC remix of Voices

The ascent of the rising UK afro house label, WeAreiDyll, is unstoppable on the basis of the latest production, Voices, by DJ and producer Trekkah and the South African vocalist, Nuzu Deep.

Innovation gravitates around the luxe production that was reworked by the London-based producer and DJ, IC; as the vocals bring the ethereally warm soul, the fervent percussion provides the transcendent beats and breaks, which are as sultry as they are rhythmically arresting. The only real complaint is that the duration of Voices isn’t longer. But two minutes was all the originators needed to take the listener on an immersive journey of self-reflection. We can’t wait to hear what WeAreiDyll has locked, loaded, and ready to drop in the afro house pipeline.

ARDON ENGLAND represents the queer community on the hot new single Leather Daddy

Taken off his much-awaited brand new EP called That’s Camp, ARDON ENGLAND shows us deep within the Vulvas on his superbly intoxicating new single to get sweaty with, Leather Daddy.

ARDON ENGLAND is a proudly Māori New Zealand-born indie camp house music producer and is an inspiration to anyone who continues to fight for inclusive representation.

Ardon has worked alongside some of New Zealand’s best dancers, entertainers and choreographers, to bring artistic and creative visions to life.” ~ ARDON ENGLAND

Bravely standing up for what is right and keeping it saucy at the same time, ARDON ENGLAND might be the music chef the queer community needs during these morally wrong times. Electric throughout and sizzling with intent, many temperatures will be raised.

Leather Daddy from New Zealand-born indie camp house music producer ARDON ENGLAND is a lip-licking experience to get those heartbeats wild in naughty excitement. Elderly neighbours will probably hate this but that’s the point. This is an entry with a party atmosphere which is breaking down walls. Walls that shouldn’t be there you see?

The music scene should be for everyone after all.

Get your body beat to the blistering hot deep house drop from Freshcobar & Lavelle Dupree, ‘Story of My Life’.

It may be too early to call the deep house drop of the year, but Freschobar & Lavell Dupree set the bar euphorically high with their body rocker of a bass-drenched earworm, Story of My Life.

Deep House hits that allow the lyrics to bite as hard as the beats are few and far between; clearly, the San Diego DJs and producers Freschobar and Lavelle Dupree sharpened their lyrical teeth before making a meal out of the radio-ready edit and the extended mix.

Prior to producing the cuttingly contemporary track, the two artists who have become staples in the San Diego scene have toured the world, tearing up stages between stamping their passports. We can’t wait to see where they take their dynamic collaboration next.

Story of My Life will officially release via the San Diego label, No Ones Safe (NOS), on March 3rd; check it out here.

Out Of Control: Taihei defies the failed system and busts free on the electronic storm to save a Fallen Angel

Dropping his first track of the year to much strength and dance floor sliding, Taihei shows us the full force of that potently elevating Fallen Angel via a track so heart-soothing, it might leave behind a smile for days.

Taihei aka John Paul Reyes is a Chicago, USA indie EDM music producer/sound designer who makes expertly created heavy soundtracks to boost all heartbeats up a notch or two.

A musical and technical maestro since the 2010s, he has worked in multiple different genres such as Progressive House, Trance, Big Room, Trap, and other styles. After many years working behind the scenes, he established Taihei in 2018 as a nostalgia love letter to the genres, tech culture, as well as the video games and anime that inspired him.” ~ Taihei

Marking the territory and easing all stress away with a monumental mountain of discovery, Taihei is surely on all radars with a song to remember forever here. Fallen Angel feels like a real description to feel enlightened by. It’s that good.

Fallen Angel from Chicago, USA indie EDM music producer Taihei is a vein-popping pool of inspiring clues into how one flies away from those dark days and controlling mechanisms that somehow treacherously deplete humanity’s innocence.

Layered in a rather spectacular force, our ears are treated to a wake-up call similar to a 4 am party of much significance. Headache? Yes. Worth it? Oh yes.

Goshok captured the euphoria in affectionate obsession in his EDM hit, On My Mind

Capturing the euphoria in the moment where affection turns to obsession, the independent Czech songwriter, DJ and producer Goshok let the evocative floodgates open in his entrancing EDM mix, On My Mind.

Never one to pigeonhole himself under the EDM umbrella, the Dance music producer gives himself free rein to experiment and amalgamate elements from other subgenres, and that more than shows in the naturally powerful progressions in On My Mind.

The arrestingly ardent single pulls you safely through the heart-in-mouth drops and the tension-fraught build-ups that leave you in galvanised anticipation for the stylishly produced beat to drop. If you want to hear an artist at the top of their game, hit play.

On My Mind was officially released on December 9th. Check it out on Spotify and SoundCloud.
