Luka Sol is a solo project by Los Angeles based artist Shawn Day. By way of Wyoming, London, and now Los Angeles, Day has been recording with Courtney Ballard (Madden Bros) and Jared Poythress (OWSLA) at Crossroads of the World.
Unknown Ft. Natalie M, was released on March 11, 2016. and independently charted at #27 on Viral Top 50 and made both Fresh Finds and Hiptronix playlists on Spotify, reaching 120,000 plays within the first 2 weeks of release.
The follow up single, Suddenly, was recorded at Sol Studio and Crossroads of the World in Los Angeles, CA in 2016. Produced by Shawn Day and Courtney Ballard.
