Take Me: Rise Carmine finds the truth we need to know about on ‘Down’

Formally known as Patiohawk, Rise Carmine teams up with Grammy award-winning producer Dave Schiffman to take us on a groovy journey down under the sea with a terrific new single called ‘Down‘.

Liam Colbert aka Rise Carmine, is a talented Toronto-bred multi-instrumentalist and Berklee College of Music graduate. He is a rule bender who lights up where others hide the fire away, as he makes that spark-fueled music that certainly has your attention lifted to places you didn’t know possible before.

Rise Carmine strives to find the balance between a well-written song and a dazzling brand of showmanship, between a chorus that you can sing along to and dual-guitar-harmony heroics that harken back to a time of tighter pants and longer hair.” – Rise Carmine

The production here is world class and you feel like you are floating underwater in peace – looking around like a treasure hunter but not searching for gold – only clues to what life is really supposed to be about. With vocals that are supremely translucent and fills your ears with so much hope, this is a song that you will want to play again and again.

Down‘ from the top notch Toronto, Canada multi-instrumentalist Rise Carmine, is a spacey song filled with that busting bass-filled melody, that has you feeling so chilled and supremely curious. This is a story about finding the truth inside yourself, whilst taking someone close with you, who isn’t afraid of the swirling seas for a while.

Finding out that elusive truth is the only way to being truly free inside your hungry soul, that yearns for more than what the world offers currently.

Getting let ‘Down’ again: Singer/producer Dewuy drops his new single that finds him in reflective mood

Dewuy is a fresh R&B singer-songwriter and producer born in Vietnam, raised in France but now based in vibrant Australia. He rips in with the brand new single called ‘Down’ which is the taken off the recently released 5 track EP ‘Novocaine’.

A massive Malcom in the Middle fan and he pronounces his name based on the character called Dewy. This is a real creative who has used his time in Australia to work on his visual skills, production and is now a flourishing full-time musician.

This is a hot new single all about feeling like you are wasting your time with someone that you are super keen for. They have different ideas however, and your mind sets are so far away, you might as well be in a different country. A story about how the fire isn’t there from their side and you know you need to move on otherwise you are going to get hurt.

His determined voice is so honest throughout and you can hear his frustration. A new start awaits and he knows it. The beat busts through the curtains and shades over the bedroom to end proceedings no matter much you wish it could be different.

This is a club slider of a song that deserves lots of spins with packed clouds. As live events stay mostly closed worldwide, we will have to enjoy this splendid song in our own homes, with the candles on and lights ‘Down’ real low by Dewuy.

Enjoy this new track on Spotify and see more of the journey on IG.

Newcastle Rockers Indoor Kids leave no doubt to their brilliance with ”Down”

Ah yes. This is such a quality sound and they are going places. Indoor Kids have a powerful style with incredible production and the band executes the sound like no other.

Down” is just over 5 minutes and you can’t get enough. Newcastle natives Indoor Kids take us into the unknown with breath-taking precision and rock 2020 into shape with 80’s style music that is timelessly crafted for this lost generation. Get off your phone and turn this up until your speakers shake into shape.

The start of the song is a bit haunting and then we are told to settle down. The band are in control here and they are taking us into another world like Neo in The Matrix. They have built up for this moment and each member knows exactly what they need to do. This is the Champions League final and the boys are lining up for that Free Kick. My body shakes as I anticipate the next build and listen even closer. It’s not often that a band has me jamming like this. Always ready for the fight. This is an act that is breaking through to the very top and they are going to put on one heck of a show.

Taken off new album ”The Great Outdoors, Pt. 1”, ”Down” is a powerfully fused anthem and sits comfortably seated in the front row of majestic music releases from 2020.

Head to the band’s Spotify page to get this single in your head all day.
