Synthpop’s silver-tongued evocateur, Cavono, exhibited his cultivated authenticity in his soul-draped single, Smooth Talking

The silver-tongued soul crooner Cavono has revolutionised the synthpop landscape with his deep, bass-y and baritone vocal lines in his latest single, Smooth Taking, which does exactly what it says on the tin.

By transcending the synthpop trend and staying unapologetically true to his urbane expression style, he delivered yet another elegant and cultivated track that will swallow you whole as you experience the smooth nostalgia-tinged melodies against the ardent backbeat, which exemplifies the singer-songwriter’s impassioned air that you’ll want to share time after time.

Before releasing his official debut single, ZELUS, in 2022, the Illinois-born, Fort Worth, Texas-based artist struggled to find a genre he resonated with, compelling him to craft his own delectably debonair sonic signature. By taking fragments from his favourite artists, including Dean Martin and DNCE, and carving out his own melodic niche, he became one of the most promising artists in 2023.

Smooth Talking is now available to stream on Spotify.

Texas-based pop artist Cavono wonders if he will fail again or win the love he craves on, ‘I’m On Fire’

Thinking profoundly about this pure love that has recently passed and with the emotions still fresh in his memory, Cavono is concerned that he didn’t do enough and awaits that vital information that shall either set him free or sail his heart away into the distance on, ‘I’m On Fire‘.

London Cavono Morris aka Cavono is an Illinois-born, Fort Worth, Texas-based indie-pop singer-songwriter and music producer who after many years of trying, has found his true voice.

Taking a little bit of each of his favorite artists, His style ranges from Dean Martin to DNCE vibes. Sharing his Deep Bass/Baritone vocals became harder than it sounds due to the era of music currently, that is until someone categorized his voice to “Modern Day Crooner.” ~ Cavono

Sending into a stirring state of mind that has you pondering deeply about when you wanted to be with someone so badly, Cavono shows us profoundly inside the soul of a lover who tried his best but is mightily worried about what shall transpire next as he waits in heightened suspense.

I’m On Fire‘ from Fort Worth, Texas-based indie-pop singer-songwriter/music producer Cavono is an emotional plea for that love to come straight into his core again, rather than gliding away into the distance. Sung with a passionate liveliness that might get the hairs on your arms standing straight up to attention, this is an electric performance that shall bring you much enjoyment.

Sometimes you just need to hope for a love to return, as you think deeply and wonder if you truly did enough or faltered when it mattered most.

Cavono has made his dark pop debut with the post-punk tinged album, Desires.

Cavono

Texas-residing artist Cavono has released his debut album, Desires; the best introduction to his post-punk-style crooning, dark trip-hop beats and alt-indie guitars is the hypnotic standout single, Glass.

If you could imagine the aural result from fusing styles of Hozier, Big Black Delta and the Editors, you can get an idea of how much sex appeal spills from this moody, folky feat of alt-indie pop. From the first verse, you’re pulled into the semi-orchestral soundscape by the sheer magnetism of Cavono’s soulfully morose vocal timbre, making the haunting ethereal tones in the genre-obliterating track so much more phantasmal.

Desires officially released on August 6th; it is now available via apple music.
