Dutch singer Bryan Montero rolls in with self-reflective ‘The Last’

Bryan Montero is a left handed singer-songwriter from The Netherlands who returns with his new release called ‘The Last‘.

You swear that this is the last time you get hurt from a relationship and then it happens again. You are now in a trap and just have to get out. This song is all about the journey to make sure that you value yourself from now on and not to carry these scars on. Is this way to make sure that you are free?

There are lots of passionate lyrics here from Bryan Montero’s ‘The Last‘ and the whole sound is on fantastic indie pop that tags at your heart strings. You feel sad for the singer as he has been hurt again but know that he will grow from this experience. This is a beautiful song that is one of the more memorable tracks of the year. This is an artist with soul.

Candian artist Avry soothes the nights tension with new track ”Close To Me”

Avry is a singer-songwriter from Toronto in beautiful Canada. He sets the dance floor alight with his hot new R&B effort called ”Close To Me”.

The Vancouver-born singer is in top form here and this is a wonderful song. It’s pure and full of sultry lyrics. You can feel the tension here that is soothed by the sexy style and wordplay.

Avry is also part of a trio named 4.0.4 with fellow producer Memblm and vocalist NS. He rides solo on this one and the new song is full of R&B/Pop fusion that makes your feet move.

Close To Me” is all about wanting to spend time with that special person in your life. You want to be close to them but aren’t putting too much pressure in the moment. Keeping things natural is the way forward here and seeing what happens. You don’t want to lose the free-spirit in your life but would love nothing more than being with them all the time.

This is one of the smoothest song of 2020 that has a great message to it. Avry is in fine voice here on ”Close To Me” as he seductively enters into our world with this tremendous effort.

Colors In Mind Reach Music Peaks

If you draw a Venn diagram of exploratory music, where the intersection between technical metal, progressive and post-rock occurs you won’t find a whole lot of bands, but you will find Colors in Mind. With their latest release, Yugen Peaks they build their sound on a wonderfully fluid post-rock template, one that eschews the 4/4 signature and rigid verse-chorus ethic of traditional rock and instead wanders its own musical journey, often lingering in one lush musical landscape before flitting through more minimal territory, languishing in gentle, bucolic beauty and then climbing dramatic peaks.

It isn’t hard to see this approach as a modern day progressive classical music, the instruments may have been updated from the traditional format but the symphonic nature of the music is obvious to all. And l it tells its story as much through symphonic sound as it does the lyrics, it maybe be a less obvious, less direct method, but it is no less heart tugging, emotive and effective. It is music of the heart and soul, requiring total immersion. Whilst most music contains its own user manual amongst its beats and notes, one that tells the listener exactly how to interpret the message, this is more about osmosis, a vibe to be soaked up and ingested.
