Atlanta duo, Piece, caused a new wave of noise rock to crash in with their debut EP

While some alternative acts can be accused of compromising on substance for an edge, the Atlanta-based duo Piece is far from guilty of this sonic sin in their latest single, star cunt.

The second single, taken from their debut EP, Piece Be with You, carved through the airwaves with the no-wave buzz saw riffs and revolutionary punk-rock attitude, which blew the dust off the mohawk-littered scene. Taking the foundations laid down by Sonic Youth and other noise rock pioneers, the off-kilter energy in star cunt is scintillatingly gloomy to the last distorted note.

Tayler Lee and Ty Varesi’s rebellious synergy has seen them become well-known on the Atlanta touring circuit. After the release of their EP, which would do Kathleen Hanna proud with the riotous proclamative vocals, their time to reign internationally supreme is now.

Over the modern trappy beats, Harry asserts his convictive and dominating presence through his soulful vocals over the grooving sun-bleached melodies that should be considered a staple for your summer RnB hip hop playlists.

With his serenading wit and the unique atmosphere created by the smooth yet fiery production in Body Language, Chriss Harry is undoubtedly one to watch.

Stunning Atlanta singer Genesiz storms in with sultry ‘Lost In Translation (L.I.T)’

‘Lost In Translation (L.I.T)‘ is the ear-blessing new song from the phenomenal singer from Georgia in the USA, Genesiz.

Taken off ‘Love Matrix‘, the debut E.P. of R&B-Pop sensation Genesiz. Her sultry tone takes your ears on an electrifying journey while her refreshing take on the genre shows clearly why she a force to be reckoned with in today’s music industry.

The vocal range locked up in Genesiz’s music locker swings open to let us all in here. The piano flutters in like a hungry bird that has come for a meal, our hearts are fed through this wonderful singer.

Genesiz shines like a bright light after a walk in the dark, your eyes bright up and your smile gets bigger. ‘Lost In Translation (L.I.T)‘ depicts life right now as we are all a bit lost and awaiting directions from our supposed leaders. Through music, we can all feel a bit better and learn that everything is going to be okay. This is a fine song from such a soulful artist.
