With the pure amount of passion and expression poured into Soulov’s latest single “Rose”, the track becomes a lot more than just lyrics, a beat, and vocals. Rose is one of the most sublimely sonorous offerings of unrestrained soul we’ve heard in a long time and to tear the heartfelt apart based on the structure seems nothing but butchery.
As the track is only two minutes long, you’re left with the impression that Soulav has much more to give to his audience with his slow and melodic Trap arrangements in longer arrangments. It takes a lot for an artist to step to the mic and put out so much visceral emotion, Yet with Rose, you’re doused in the pensive vibes which give out an aural lifeline to anyone who can relate to the resonance which has been weaved into the lyrics.
