It takes no stretch of the imagine predicting that the up and coming Alternative Hip Hop artist SO will see a short ascension to the top of his game if he carries on putting out tracks as inventive and immersive as his latest single “I Like That”.
The single may only be 1:55-minues long. Yet, the short and sweet delivery of his experimental style is the perfect introduction to his chaotically assembled sound which layers harmony with digital effect. Whilst it may feel as though there is a little too much happening at some points in the track to really kick back into the beat, SO has shown with I Like That that he’s got the vision to become a serious contender in Hip Hop in 2019.
