Roses!Hands! – Rendezvous: A Tentative Indie Trap Ballad

Rendezvous is just one of the stellar tracks from Roses!Hands!’ latest albums – placing the up and coming into a genre, is pretty much an impossible task. So instead I’ll tell you his latest album These Veins is an emotive smorgasbord of sonorously styled soundwaves which come alive through a myriad of influences and styles.

Rendezvous starts with a progression of wavy, electrifying synth, before the innocently wrought Indie Trap vocals kick into tentative verse. The pacing of the mix pulls you right into the pensivity which is served up through the vocals, lyrics and beat. The vocals and lyrics mainly flow under a conversational style, inspired by the artist’s own introspective, so you can rest assured that there’s plenty of raw, organic emotion to accompany the almost Lynchian Urban soundscape.

You can listen to the album in full yourselves now by heading over to Spotify – make sure to follow Roses!Hands! to keep up to date with his latest drops.
