Mr. Leary – Lost in Translation: Experimental Indie Hip Hop

Up and coming Hip Hop artist Mr. Leary has recently dropped their debut EP “Lost in Translation”. Each of the tracks on the album is a transfixing blend of high-fire indie contemporary Rap, yet, the best introduction to their distinctive urban approach is the title track.

While Lost in Translation didn’t have the strongest start, once you were able to get aligned with the light and fluid guitar melody which was put behind the mix the immersive magnetism started to resonate.

Lost in Translation may not be the most accessible Hip Hop track which we’ve checked out recently, but it’s undeniable that Mr. Leary has plenty of potential. Under slightly more concordant and radio-ready beats which sit in tighter synergy with the bars, they’d be unstoppable.
