If you’re a fan of dark dubbed beats and Trap music it can be hard to satisfy both tastes at the same time, that was until Mport dropped his insanely hot mix Emulate. I’m pretty sure even the end of the world wouldn’t sound that cataclysmic. I for one am thankful for the artist, DJ and producer’s inability to stick to one genre, because what he cooks up in his beats is beyond anything that anyone that is firmly rooted into one genre could compose. Straight from the prelude to Emulate, you’re set up to embrace the bumpy drops, the track may not always flow seamlessly but the chaos in the mix brings visceral waves of dub energy that would be impossible to find elsewhere.
