‘Michael’s Sports Coat’ from Sound For The Mechanized Future by Freak Establishment has been released, it shows just how the use of sound can be so powerful and intriguing to listen to.
In each second, there is a different pace, pitch and use of sound. At the start the endless love for guitar solos and the way in which the strings can pull together something so interesting. Then adding in the riffs from the electric guitar, giving it that more Rock feel.
It’s pretty simple when you listen through but the amount of creativity that has gone into connecting up particular sounds to flow into a piece is extremely impressive. It takes you on this magical journey through the evolution of particular ways in which sounds can form together and manage to create a track out of it.
When you listen you can hear all the elements that have been added and it’s definitely an incredible piece of music, with a lot of talent pulsing through.
