“Comfort Zone” is the latest soul-splittingly beautiful single from up and coming Indie Folk Singer Songwriter Manzee. For anyone who likes to lose themselves in melancholically arrestive soundscapes there’s plenty of candid emotion to revel in within the mellifluous single.
There’s a slight Lo-Fi feel to Comfort Zone, yet, this hardly counts as a criticism as the raw feel of the production makes it easier for the sentiment behind Comfort Zone to resonate. There’s a real sense of honesty behind the single; that it was never orchestrated to be an easily ingestible hit. Instead, Comfort Zone was a work of aural catharsis for Manzee and with such relatable emotion behind the single, its highly probable that it will also bring plenty of catharsis to the listener too.
