“Old Ways” is one of the recently released singles from the prolific Hip Hop production machine Macho Mil. Despite their artist title, there’s no hint of the usual toxic bravado in their tracks or lyricism. Instead, Old Ways is a poignant and humbling reflection on the past from a position of success. I have no doubt that plenty of people will be able to find resonance within the track which comes with a flow which is all too easy to get swept up in.
The intricate Hip Hop beats contain plenty of experimental effect as the rhythmic momentum ebbs and flows, but once this track kicks into a verse it offers waves of ambience making it the perfect track for your vibe out Hip Hop playlists
