Up and coming Hip Hop artist JAY STORMZ dropped their latest EP “K.E.M.S” little over a month ago, but it’s already on the way to becoming a viral hit – and there’s really little room to wonder why.
With no two tracks on K.E.M.S being the same, it’s impossible to get an idea of JAY STORMZ’s versatile talent just by checking out one of the mixes, but for the best first impression, slipping into “Goodnight” is highly recommended.
The outro track progresses with indulgently smooth, Jazz-soaked instrumentals and JAY STORMZ softly versed bars. The vibe to Goodnight doesn’t prepare you for the emotive weight offered by the lyrics as the track draws to a close. The emotional evolution of the single amplifies the resonance of the candid introspection which is on offer. In short, it hits hard. And it’s incredibly refreshing listening to an artist wanting to make a connection with the listener rather than stepping up to the mic to stroke their own ego.
