Within Neon Bull’s debut EP “Commercial Blvd” you can expect to hear a smorgasbord of elements pulled from a myriad of genres; affirming my belief that the freshest sounds can only be born with little consideration to genre constraints.
With layers of Funk, Rock, Indie, and Pop, each of the 6 tracks on Commercial Blvd makes no apologies before hitting you with a high-octane hit of emotion. While there may be different facets of passion in each of the singles from feverish Rock, to softly intricate Pop Rock ballads you’ll be able to find it all on the truly dynamic record offered from Neon Bull. The standout track on the EP may have to be “Forever a Dream” which is on the same level of Hozier’s explosively ethereal single “Take Me to Church”.
