Hip Hop artist Ya Minko lays their soul out bare with latest single “TIRED”

Honesty in the lyricism of Hip Hop should have always been a cornerstone of the genre, but sadly, we’ve lost the way a little bit since the N.W.A. days. Thankfully, up and coming Hip Hop artist Ya Minko made no bones about laying his soul bare with their latest single “TIRED”.

There are multiple lines in TIRED which are guaranteed to hit hard. Whether that’s through finding resonance in the feeling of perpetual exhaustion, or the way Ya Minko provides such a piercing narrative on misogyny and racism. TIRED is pure intellectual poetry from an artist with the deft ability to give us a new perspective on subject matters we think we know inside and out.
