GR3YWXLF’s new Hip Hop release “MAD” explores the darker, grimier side of Rap

Up and coming London-based Hip Hop Rap artist GR3YWXLF is back with their new release “MAD”, but as usual, their new release offers a completely different urban dynamic. This time GR3YWXLF has offered a bass-driven Grime-infused Trap mix and it is undoubtedly their standout track so far.

Stormzy may be getting all the glory at Glastonbury, yet GR3YWXLF shares the same ability to orchestrate rhythmically flawless commanding tracks which still contain their authentic playful charisma. While lyrical repetition can be hit or miss, there’s no denying that in MAD it’s effective with the line “why you so mad” – it’s ingeniously antagonistic.

MAD is due for release on July 5th, you’ll be able to check it out for yourselves via SoundCloud, in the meantime, check out the artist’s earlier release and share in the hype of the new drop from one of London’s most exciting names in Hip Hop.
