While harmony may be a common feature in contemporary Pop, what is a little harder to find on the airwaves is captivatingly raw soul which spills from both the soundscape and the vocals.
“Runaway” is the latest single to be released from the breaking recording artist FARA which stands as a testament to their stylistic approach to the genre. While many singles allude to wanting to run away from something. Very few singles perfectly allude to the frustration and pain associated with the compulsion. Yet, FARA perfectly captures it in Runaway through candid lyricism and vocals which amplify the resonance of the sentiment.
FARA is an artist who offers tensile aural strength in her sound; and they’re more than worth putting on your radar.
