Lara de Belder is a phenomenally talented London, UK-based, North Yorkshire-born, University of Leeds and Royal Academy of Music-trained, indie jazz/blues solo artist, musical director, and actor, who sings with a vocal output that you will always remember fondly.

‘’I’ve been interested in writing my own material for a long time and dabbled in the past, but before the first lockdown hit the UK I was involved in several bands and projects and that was where I was putting most of my energy. I didn’t yet fully believe in myself as a writer and solo artist, so the self-doubt found its comfort in prioritising these other ventures. It wasn’t until we literally couldn’t do our gigs and other projects that I realised the opportunity that was being presented.’’ ~ Lara de Belder

As he ingenuously sauces up the breathtaking beat to keep us sipping on the delicious water like a thirsty kitty cat, Stal is at his best with the Pins track ‘Ghosting‘ (Hard Dub Stal Mix) that certainly raises the temperature to cooking hot.

Stal is a passionate and multi-talented self-taught Leeds, UK-based indie EDM music producer, pianist and guitarist, who has gotten back into music again after getting divorced.

The unit-breaking speakers seem to shudder collectively in unison to a thunderbolt of electric rays from a different planet to ours – as this sonic experience only gets better and better throughout – while you look around and nod in approve at the mesmerized crowd who are sweaty and loving every moment of this powerfully constructed track.

‘Ghosting‘ (Hard Dub Stal Mix) from Pins, is an I-can-control-myself type of track that is full of electric energy and flashing lights for us to delve deeper into. Manuka is an Indian classical music-trained Barking-born, Leeds, UK-raised indie folk singer-songwriter and mental health worker with Sikh heritage, who is currently living in India.

”This was a song written to heal and to ease my anxious heart. I go to this song always to help detox the darker thoughts that cloud my judgement.” ~ Manuka 

This is a sweetly-sung song from an angelic forest Queen named Manuka – as she lovingly calls for the world to calm down again – whilst reminding herself to stay grounded through all the over-stimulation that is growing around our scarred planet. The Moontown Project evoke dancefloor nostalgia with their indie electro vignette, ‘Mademoiselle’

The UK duo The Moontown Project is back with their indie vibes, post-punk lyrics and genre-evading electronic beats with their latest single, ‘Mademoiselle’.

Ingeniously, the Moontown Project captured club atmosphere in a way that doesn’t give you that stir-crazed desperation for life to return to ‘normal’, but in a way that allows you to vividly revisit the times that came to you on a dancefloor and will stay with you forever.

With their second single, the Moontown Project’s sonic palette consisted of two step rhythms, funk-riding bass and synth lines that tie the track together and create an immersive electro house vignette of dancefloor culture and euphoria.

The duo that consists of Will Swain-Smith on guitar & lead vocals and Guy Molony on keys, bass & lead vocals made waves in London prior to their recent relocation to Leeds which marks a major shift in their career and determination to allow their sound to resound far beyond the districts of London.

Their debut single has already received attention and airplay from BBC Introducing: London, Amazing Radio, Hoxton Radio, Independent Music News and Soundwave Magazine. After signing with Stogey Records, they are set to truly come into their own in 2021.
